CT Scans
A Computerised Tomography (CT) scan is more advanced than a standard x-ray and it allows a cross-section of the body to be produced to identify a number of conditions and provide a far more detailed picture of a particular condition.
It was originally designed to image pictures of the brain, but it is now used much more for any part of the body and Pall Mall Medical offer a number of CT scanning services with appointments available much more quickly than via the NHS.
