Are my results confidential?
Yes. The results are known only to the clinic and yourself. They are 100% confidential and will not be stored anywhere outside of Pall Mall Medical.

How long does it take for the results?
Most results are obtained within 1-2 days, but depending on the tests you have, you may have to wait for 3-5 days for everything to be returned from the lab. You can either contact us for your results, or we can call you when everything is in. The 1 Minute HIV test results are obtained while you attend your appointment.
