Job Information

  • Hours: 37.5 hours Monday-Saturday: between 08:00-19:30 
  • Salary- £16,000-£20,000- dependent upon experience
  • Location: 1 Belvedere Road, Newton-le-Willows, WA12 0JJ

Pall Mall Medical offers private GP consultations, specialist consultations, diagnostics, screening, day-case operations, aesthetics and cosmetic surgery, occupational health services and medico legal services. Pall Mall Medical targets patients who are self-paying, have private medical insurance, as well as small, medium and large businesses.
 
Pall Mall Medical provides private walk-in medical facilities in Manchester, Newton-le-Willows and Liverpool offering consultations and appointments to patients wishing to see GPs and Consultants privately.

Job Summary

As a growing organization, we have seen a significant increase in the number of patients who are having procedures at our hospital. As a result, the levels of stock have increased, the amount of patient information has increased and the requirements for data anaylsis has become more important. The successful candidate will work closely with the Hospital Manager, Theatre Lead, Ward Lead and Finance Department. This is a new role, introduced during an exciting period of growth for Pall Mall Medical and the Newton-le-Willows Hospital.

Duties will include:

  • Medical record filing
  • Data input
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Updating inventory records as new stock arrives to the hospital
  • Stock take & rotating
  • Stock ordering
  • Liaising with Finance Department where anomalies or issues occur and processing returns
  • Arranging quality control checks for all new products
  • Reporting on stock control to the Hospital Manager and Finance Department
  • Reporting on quality control to the Hospital Manager and Finance Department
  • Ensuring sales credits from returns/damages and aftersales are processed in a timely manner
