What is mole, wart and skin tag removal?
Whether a mole, wart or skin tag is affecting your self-confidence, or you’re worried about the type of mole it is, our skin specialists at Pall Mall Cosmetics can safely examine and remove the lesion with cryotherapy or excision using a local anaesthetic.
Over the past 30 years, rates of malignant melanoma have risen faster than any other form of common cancer in the UK. Most moles are harmless but, if you notice anything unusual or simply wish to have one removed, our mole mapping and removal service is designed to give you peace of mind and stop any form of cancer before it becomes a bigger issue.
Cryotherapy is a safe, affordable and reliable treatment which uses liquid nitrogen to freeze benign moles or skin lesions so that they drop off without the need of any surgery. We also use excision as a fast, effective way to remove moles and skin lesions.
During a free consultation at one of our CQC regulated clinics in Manchester, Liverpool or Newton-Le-Willows we can talk you through the procedure and what it entails.

Mole growths can be a concern to many people either for health reasons or aesthetically and therefore upon meeting the consultant who will have an in-depth discussion about the removal processes available.
The consultation will last between 20-45 minutes, during which time you can ask all manner of questions ranging from risks involved in the recovery process and the procedure itself.
Upon arriving at one of our three clinics you will meet with your consultant who will provide you with the consent form and is on hand to answer any last-minute questions you might have about the treatment.
The procedure will then begin by having an anaesthetic placed on the affected area for numbing before the growth is removed through either cutting, freezing or burning. The treatment is practically pain-free and quick so you have nothing to worry about!
