Signs and Symptoms of Endometriosis:

Painful Bowel Movements or Urination (especially during periods): Discomfort, pain, or bleeding during periods - especially if the bowel or bladder is affected. Often mimicking IBS or UTIs, especially during periods.
Infertility or Difficulty Getting Pregnant: Endometriosis can make it harder to conceive. This can be due to inflammation, scar tissue blocking fallopian tubes, or affecting the ovaries.
Severe Period Pain: Intense, often debilitating cramps that disrupt your daily life.
Chronic Pelvic Pain: Ongoing or recurring pain in the pelvis, lower abdomen, or back, not limited to periods.
Heavy or Irregular Bleeding: Experiencing very heavy periods, large clots, or spotting between cycles.
Pain During or After Sex: Deep, persistent pain linked to sexual intercourse is a very common symptom.
