Mr Gautham Ullas is an ENT and Facial Plastic Surgeon with specialist training in aesthetic and functional nasal surgery. Holding EAFPRS and MRCS(ENT) qualifications, he focuses exclusively on primary rhinoplasty, septoplasty and septorhinoplasty, delivering balanced, natural results that support both form and function.
Known for his calm, clear and patient-focused approach, Mr Ullas offers 30-minute consultations across our Manchester, Liverpool and Newton-le-Willows clinics, with optional second consultations where needed. In theatre, he currently operates alongside Mr Raghavan during his onboarding period.
Committed to safe, high-quality care, he follows hospital and anaesthetic guidance closely, reviews higher BMI patients individually and is happy to assess those who smoke. As he settles into his role at Pall Mall, he plans to expand his procedural offering over the coming months.
