Advanced and Early Pregnancy Tests
The two week wait between ovulation and finding out if you are pregnant or not can feel like a lifetime, but you can find out if you are pregnant sooner with an early pregnancy test. Our accurate Beta HCG test is designed to detect pregnancies sooner than other tests and is available, with a confidential result, at our clinics in Manchester, Liverpool, and Newton-le-Willows.
Early pregnancy tests from Pall Mall Medical can detect pregnancy as early as 7-11 days after conception. Home pregnancy tests rarely show an accurate reading this early and you will usually have to wait to test until the day or the day after your period is due. So if you’d like to find out if you are pregnant as soon as you can, simply book a test today and you'll get the result you need quickly.
Early pregnancy tests work by detecting the pregnancy hormone Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) which can be found in the blood soon after implantation occurs. The test involves taking a sample of blood which will be tested in our laboratory for the hormone. This usually takes less than 24 hours and once the results are available, we will get in touch with you to let you know.
How much does an early pregnancy test cost?
|Advanced Pregnancy Test (beta hCG)||£53|
|(excludes appointment, £25 phlebotomist fee, or £75 with a doctor)|
