This year we were also recognised in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places To Work 2023’ list.
Our purpose is to provide on-demand, high quality private healthcare and cosmetic surgery that meets the needs and expectations of patients and our vision is to be recognised and respected as the most patient-centric private healthcare provider in the north-west, by providing our patients with the best possible care, treatment and outcomes.
We’ve provided more details about the hospital below.
The Hospital – Newton-le-Willows:
After opening in 2013, our hospital has transformed significantly over the decade. The hospital has 5 key departments:
Theatre (2x GA theatres & 1x Minor Ops Room)
Ward (2x wards: 5 en-ensuite beds & 6 en-suite beds)
Radiology
Outpatient Clinic
Administrative Services
Theatre - we have two general anaesthetic theatres where we predominantly perform cosmetic surgery procedures (Breast Augmentation, Abdominoplasty, Rhinoplasty, Liposuction and more), though we also perform other procedures across Gynaecology, Urology and ENT.
We perform smaller, local anaesthetic procedures (VASER liposuction, mole removals, etc) in our minor ops room.
Ward – supporting our theatres we have two wards with beautiful en-suite bedrooms: 6 on the top floor, 5 on the middle floor.
Radiology – we’re proud to run a full radiology suite inclusive of static MRI, CT, X-Ray and Mammography machines.
Outpatient Clinic – our Outpatient Clinic has 5 consulting rooms where our nurses, consultants and surgeons perform medical and cosmetic consultations and deliver pre-operative and post-operative care to our patients.
Administrative services – finally, we have a team of Front of House Receptionists and Theatre Bookings Coordinators who look after our patients by booking appointments, arranging tests, sharing results and generally managing the patient journey.
Related departments & sites – supporting our hospital we have a small number of satellite clinics (similar to the Hospital’s Outpatient Clinic) who refer patients to us, as well as teams across: finance, marketing, facilities, patient experience, patient bookings and quality assurance/HR.
