Book your appointment

Blood tests are one of the quickest, easiest, and least invasive health assessment methods to diagnose a number of health issues – from diagnosing an infection to screening for a genetic condition.

At Pall Mall Medical we are able to offer a range of blood tests and provide you with detailed results.

It can be arranged for blood tests to be performed during your consultation with a one of our GP's or specialist consultants. Alternately,  if you know which tests you require we can provide blood test appointments with a phlebotomist.

Once the results come back, we can arrange a further consultation to let you know the outcome of the results and discuss further treatment, if any is required.

Many of the results are available within 4-6 hours of the appointment. Please ask one of our dedicated team to confirm the approximate turnaround time for the specific test you require.

We have over 1,500 blood tests available, some of the blood tests available at Pall Mall Medical are:

Profile blood tests

Some conditions require a number of blood tests to diagnose correctly, which is why we group certain blood tests together in 'profiles'. These may be more suitable if multiple tests are required and will also save you money when compared to the cost of having all of the tests done separately.

Our most popular profiles include our general wellbeing screens:

Well Man / Woman Health Check ("Baseline Profile")

Well Man Health Check (+45 years)

Well Woman Health Check (+45 years)

Cholesterol - HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) / LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein)
ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)

Muscle Enzymes
Thyroid - Function FT4 (Free T4) / TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone)
Urea & Electrolytes (U&Es)

EarlyCDT Lung

The Oncimmune EarlyCDT®-LUNG is a blood test, measuring a panel of autoantibodies, or markers, to tumour proteins (antigens).  The presence of one or more of these autoantibodies provides an early indication of tumour presence.  This may be useful for patients with a history of smoking or prolonged exposure to chemicals in the work place.  This test detects all types of lung cancer, and whilst it has better positive predictive value performance than CT scans with fewer false positives, it does not replace chest X-ray or CT scans but it may provide earlier signals than imaging alone can provide.
