What can a Consultant Psychologist help with?

Our consultant psychologists are on hand to help you with the problems you face in the different aspects of your life; we can also work with your children for the issues they are experiencing too.

There are many common psychological problems that can be managed including depression. Untreated, this condition can affect sleep, cause low self-esteem and problems in relationships. Other common conditions include anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), particular phobias, and panic attacks. Consultants at Pall Mall Medical can also provide therapy for relationship problems, anger management, divorce issues and sleep problems.

Our Psychologists can also work with children, adolescents and adults to provide psychological assessments and therapies for behavioural and attention difficulties - attention deficit disorders (ADD) - and developmental disorders such as autism.

By discovering the cause of your problem and suggesting a series of treatments like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), we can help you to better manage your condition.

Consultations are strictly confidential at Pall Mall Medical and we won’t inform your NHS GP unless you specifically ask us to.
