Ms Lay-In-Lim is a highly experienced breast and general surgeon with over 15 years of surgical practice.

She graduated from Leicester Medical School in 2010 and went on to complete a highly competitive UK national surgical training programme, giving her a broad and rigorous foundation in surgery. Along the way, she was recognised with several awards and achieved a distinction in a Master’s degree in Surgical Science.

Her specialist focus is breast surgery, particularly oncoplastic breast surgery, which combines cancer surgery with reconstructive techniques to help achieve the best possible cosmetic and functional outcomes.

Ms Lay-In-Lim is actively involved in improving patient care through research, audit, teaching and service development. She regularly presents her work at national and international conferences and continues to undertake advanced training to stay up to date with the latest surgical techniques.

She has also trained internationally in Taiwan, gaining experience in endoscopic and robotic surgical techniques. This has strengthened her interest in cosmetic breast and body surgery, allowing her to offer a more personalised and modern surgical approach tailored to each patient’s needs
