In his NHS practice, based at Leeds Teaching Hospitals, he holds a consultant position in the world renowned Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department with a specialist interest in breast surgery and microvascular breast reconstruction. He has completed his plastic and aesthetic surgery training and additionally undertaken prestigious fellowships in breast aesthetic and reconstructive surgery including microsurgery.

Ms Fouzia Choukairi is a fully qualified, British trained, Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive Hand and Aesthetic Surgeon. She holds a substantive, Consultant post at the University Hospital of South Manchester: having been appointed in 2020; in a general plastic surgical role, with interests in hand and lower limb trauma and complex gynaecological reconstruction, following cancer surgery.
After her medical degree and completing her basic surgical training, Ms Choukairi, progressed to specialist plastic surgery training at centres of excellence in the West Midlands and Northwest regions. She has completed her FRCS(Plast) and is on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council. In addition she holds the European Diploma of Hand Surgery.
As one of the few female plastic surgery surgeons, Ms Choukairi offers unique and sensitive female care and perspectives. Mr Lim a Consultant Plastic Surgeon specialising in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
After qualifying in 1995 from Leeds University, Mr Lim pursued advanced training in Plastic Surgery, specialising in cosmetic surgery in 2013. He holds a BSc (Hons), MB ChB, AFRCS (Ed), MRCS (Eng), and FRCS (Plast) and is listed on the specialist register for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
In addition to his clinical work, Mr Lim is dedicated to medical education, serving as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Hull York Medical School and actively mentoring junior surgeons. He also contributes to regional training programmes for surgical trainees.
His professional development includes a nationally awarded Interface Fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery, as well as a Microsurgical Reconstruction Fellowship at Nottingham Breast Institute and Nottingham University Hospital. Mr Mounir is a former plastic surgery doctor in the NHS at the Countess of Chester and Honorary fellow at the Burney Breast Unit, which is located at St Helens Hospital. He also obtained the Master's degree in Reconstructive Microsurgery from the Honourable Queen Mary University of London and is registered at the highest level in England, being on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council, and successfully attained the NHS Leadership Academy Award.
Mr Esmail has lectured throughout the world due to his profound experience and is adopted as a reviewer in the world-renowned British Medical Journal. He is well know for putting his patients at ease, being a good listener and as a perfectionist.

Dr Janak Bechar is a highly accomplished plastic and aesthetic surgeon dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care, satisfaction and results. Dr Bechar was awarded the Harvard Medical School Meghana Pandit Scholarship for leadership in patient safety, and holds a PhD from Warwick Medical School for pioneering research into hyaluronic acid fillers. His work has earned recognition from the Wellcome Trust and was presented by Sir Paul Nurse. He has published 15+ peer-reviewed papers and presented internationally.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing the violin, seeing artistic shows and spending time with friends and family. He also supports charity work by the International Association of Human Values and primary school development in South Africa.
Alongside is aesthetic private practice, Dr Bechar is an NHS Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon.
Mr Simon Timbrell is a consultant oncoplastic breast surgeon at Liverpool Foundation Trust since September 2024. He has extensive oncoplastic surgery training and a unique breadth of experience, spending at least a year in each of three national oncoplastic centers of Wythenshawe, Liverpool and Leeds. He is able to offer patients a full range of oncoplastic procedures including chest wall perforator flaps, therapeutic mammoplasty, implant-based reconstruction and revisional surgery.
He undertook an NIHR academic clinical fellowship and MD at the university of Manchester looking at the role of FAK in regulating CSC and has over 20 publications with 6 as first author. He completed the prestigious TIG national fellowship in Leeds and during his career has performed over 3000 surgeries with over 2000 breast procedures. During his fellowship he worked with a UK leading authority on BIA-ALCL Breast Implant-Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma and is able to offer total capsulectomies and mastopexy.
Mr Nader Touqan is a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon in Manchester, with expertise in breast cancer treatment, oncoplastic techniques, reconstructive surgery, and contemporary outpatient breast care. He is dedicated to combining surgical excellence with compassionate, individualised patient care.
