What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers are a popular non-invasive treatment that can restore volume to the face, smooth out wrinkles and fill in deeper lines giving you a more youthful appearance.
At Pall Mall, our dermal fillers are administered by experienced doctors and nurses, so you'll get the best possible advice, treatment and results possible. Our treatments are also carried out in a safe, clinical environment at one of our CQC regulated clinics in Manchester, Liverpool or Newton-Le-Willows.
If you’ve noticed that your lines and wrinkles are quite deep or sunken cheeks are making your face look tired, you could benefit from dermal filler treatment. The most popular areas to treat include the cheeks, nose to mouth lines, around the mouth and lips, forehead, mouth to chin lines, between the eyebrows, and acne scars. As different types of fillers are better suited to different facial areas, we offer a selection of dermal filler products to suit your needs.
During a free of charge consultation, our doctors and nurses will discuss the different types of filler treatments available and recommend the best one to achieve your desired outcome.
What results can I expect from dermal fillers?
Your face will be visibly fresher, plumper and more youthful after receiving dermal fillers. The results are apparent immediately and will last for several months to years depending on the patient and the area injected.

What happens during
dermal fillers treatment?
From your first call or email, we’re here to look after you. Whether you're researching about dermal fillers and would like more information, or if you're ready to meet a practitioner to see what results you can achieve, our team of patient co-ordinators are here to help.
An examination will be taken by your consultant who will discuss the effect that dermal fillers could achieve and where would be most suitable to battle those signs of ageing.
During this 20-45 minute consultation, the surgeon will be open to hearing any questions no matter how small you might think they are or how irrelevant. This is your chance to get an understanding of the benefits of dermal fillers but also some risks or potential side effects that could occur such as acne or bruising.
As instructed you'll be sent to one of our three clinics in the North West and meet with your consultant in a treatment room. This is your chance to ask further questions and also sign the consent form agreeing to the dermal fillers.
Once this is complete, and you're happy to move forward the procedure will begin by inserting a very fine needle into the parts of the face you desire and agreed upon at the consultation. This will last only 20-30 seconds and then you'll be done.
Following the treatment, we request that you come back into the clinic after two weeks so that we review your results and ensure that the filler is working correctly.
