Lille Haynes chose Pall Mall for rhinoplasty surgery, to address what she called 'her biggest insecurity.'
Former Love Islander, Lillie Haynes who appeared on the 2021 series as a Casa Amor bombshell, visited Pall Mall for Rhinoplasty surgery. She was very public with the fact that her nose has always been her ‘biggest insecurity’.
At 23 years old, Lillie decided to book in to undergo her rhinoplasty surgery in our Newton-Le-Willows clinic.
Opening up about what led her to her decision for undergoing her nose job, Lillie said: "This is hands down my biggest insecurity and has been for so LONG."Your nose isn’t something that can be covered, it’s the first thing both you and others see, so we understand the huge effects this insecurity can have on your confidence.

After 7 days, Lillie came back to our clinic to get her cast removed. She was emotional when she saw the reveal of her nose, saying: “I would go through it all again and again, I’m the happiest patient in the world. I finally feel pretty and I’m over the moon with the results.”
Following rhinoplasty, patients typically need between one and two weeks off work to recover from the rhinoplasty. It might be several months before the full effect of the operation can be visible, and up to six months for the swelling to completely go down.
